At Med-Care Medical Center, we recognize that navigating the healthcare system can be complex and overwhelming. That’s why we offer ACCESS services and social work support to our patients to help them access the care and resources they need to improve their health and well-being.
Our ACCESS services team is dedicated to helping our patients navigate the complex healthcare system and find the right services and resources to meet their unique needs. We work closely with our patients to help them access essential services such as medical care, transportation, housing, and food assistance.
Our team of social workers is also available to provide counseling and support to patients who may be facing social or emotional challenges. Our social workers can help patients address anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma and connect them with appropriate resources and services.
